Rurem Universus Film Festival (RUFF) is to make people to “travel without traveling” by bring numbers of independent films around the globe. Through the three days of event, RUFF celebrate sharing of cultures through non-commercialized films. RUFF believes that the true power of film lies in giving the audiences indirect experience of anywhere else in the world. It focuses on how films can break through the language and cultural barriers to deliver messages and provoke emotions to different people.
