Excess use of white and minimal use of colours/elements is the design focus within this book design series. This is to maximize the impact typography brings, and to bring just the right amount of information out of the book so that the readers focus can go to its content.

The typography of the title represents fragility and disorder in Frankenstein's mind and body. Every thing but the 'i' being in place and the drip of liquid breaking out of the vertical line and flowing in different direction brings discomfort to the viewers, as Frankenstein may in the book.
